Back of House

The Back of House, in other words the Commercial Kitchen, is at the heart of any hotel, restaurant or other Hospitality or Tourist venue.

A successful Kitchen Brigade relies on everyone doing their job with dedication and passion to make the food offering click into place – From The Executive Chef with his knowledge, experience, creativity and vision to the Kitchen Porter who makes sure that the team of chefs have their equipment sparkling clean and ready to hand whenever they need it.

To be part of a world class team of chefs requires not only dedication but the understanding that you need to work competently and consistently, often under a great deal of pressure, to the required standards of the establishment.
