Our client is a modern restaurant & bar in the city centre of Edinburgh, who are now looking to recruit for a Commis Chef due to their growing success.
As Commis Chef you will be part of a team of 6 chefs catering for up to 80 covers a day in a Rosette standard food led gastro-pub working split & straight shifts over 5 days. They have an amazing Head Chef with experience at Michelin level and are in several Food Guides & have numerous accolades.
As Commis Chef you will have previous experience at rosette level or high end fresh food background with a passion for good food. Room for progression as the owner has 2 other properties.
