A Multi award winning fine dining restaurant requires a Pastry Chef in the Edinburgh area.

A very busy, bustling multi award winning prestigious restaurant with very high standards set in Edinburgh is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to run their award winning pastry section.

This Pastry chef position will suit an experienced Chef de Partie/Sous Pastry Chef who is passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This multi award winning restaurant has an excellent reputation in the local area and beyond.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Pastry Chef with experience of working/running in the pastry section. All dishes are cooked to order from fresh in this busy award winning local restaurant. They offer traditional French/Scottish cuisine using only the finest ingredients adding a modern twist.

This restaurant is offers only the very best and it is essential the Pastry chef has good fine dine experience whilst also at least 18 months experience of working within a quality fresh food, ideally multi rosette standard property.

You will be eager to learn and be passionate about high quality cuisine.

The main priority of this successful restaurant is to push standards at all times.
