Quickhire is currently recruiting for a temporary Sous Chef for their city centre client. The hours of work vary with all of them between the hours of 7am to 7pm. Each candidate must be able to cope with high volume, while maintaining the very highest standards of cooking.
The successful candidate will work along side their team and be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of HACCP. Other qualities include:
- have 2/3yrs experience as a Sous Chef
- have experienced of working in a fast paced kitchen
- be able to demonstrate the ability to work in and run a section
- lead by example, encourage and motivate your junior chefs to reach their potential
This is an exciting role for any Demi, Chef de Partie, Junior Sous or Sous chef who has the desire to take their skills to the next level and proceed within their career.
